Here at CISM we have a certified nurse who is on duty during school hours to take care of your child for non life threatening illness.
In case of emergency, the child will be taken to a hospital immediately. The parents/ guardian mentioned on the Emergency Medical Agreement form will be contacted and informed accordingly.
